What does the Young Academy do?

The Young Academy is an organization in which about fifty top young scientists and artists from different universities and knowledge institutions, as well as from diverse disciplinary backgrounds, meet and collaborate. Not surprisingly, within an organization that brings together so much diversity, there are a wide range of interests.

The Young Academy aligns its concrete initiatives with topics that have particular (current) relevance in the academic and/or artistic field. The Young Academy always ensures that its actions are part of a sustainable long-term vision. The Young Academy always wants to contribute - directly or indirectly - to society at large.
